Standard Delivery - £1.99 (Free for orders over £30)
Orders sent using our Standard Non-Tracked Service are usually delivered by your usual Royal Mail postie. It shall generally be in your hands within 3-5 working days and will not need a signature. However, if the order is too large or heavy to go via Royal Mail, we may send this via a different courier.
P.S. We try our hardest to despatch all orders within 24 hours (depending on what time you placed yours).
Courier – Next Day Delivery - £5.95
Orders sent using our Next Day Service are usually delivered by DPD or UK Mail. It shall be in your hands the next working day (if placed before 1pm on any business day). It will need a signature too.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
Where possible we will despatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail and various Courier options. Please be aware that some larger/heavier products and orders can incur additional charges.

International shipping is carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options can vary depending on what you have purchased. Your order will be shipped with either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL depending on the items and location.

We work super hard to make sure everything is perfect for you, but if you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product or you’ve simply changed your mind, no problemo. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can for you.

You'll need to print and fill out our returns label by clicking here and be sure to return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure it's packed perfectly to avoid damage.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. We're only able to reimburse the shipping costs if the items we sent were damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please hold onto your postage receipt until we've confirmed receipt of your items.
We're unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days, that’s plenty of time to for you decide whether it’s for you.
