Where possible we will despatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using DPD and various Courier options. Please be aware that some larger/heavier products and orders can incur additional charges.

International shipping is carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options can vary depending on what you have purchased. The simplest way to see is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address/country; we’ll automatically show you the wide variety of available options you have, don’t worry, you won’t be charged.
Your order will be shipped with either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL depending on the items and location.

We understand that not everything works for everyone, (even best-sellers!). If you've ordered a MOXON product and tried to sell it but it just doesn't work for your customers then get in touch to arrange sending it back and get a credit.You will be able to spend your credit on future orders within 12 months.
Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and items will need to be returned in their original packaging in perfect, saleable condition. Once the items have returned and quality-checked, we will issue a credit for those items within 2 working days.
We only process refunds in case of faulty/damaged products. If that’s the case, please send details and images of the damaged item to trade@moxon.london

Due to Brexit, from Jan 1st 2021 all EU customers will have to pay customs on import. If they are not paid, your order will be returned and if this happens, we cannot refund postage costs. Blame Brexit – we do! We hate this as much as you do.
